Clean up chewing gum stains

Everywhere you walk, there are hundreds of chewing gum stains on the pavements. It really looks gross and we should work to prevent people from doing it. It can be damaging to wildlife as birds believe it is bread and wille eat it. We need to introduce educational programmes to prevent people from littering and spitting gum on the ground.
